Being part of a National Professional Association means having the opportunity to share your ideas, your work and your experiences with your peers.
This area of the website has been designed specifically for members who wish to showcase their research with the view to inform their colleagues of their work and potentially receive acknowledgement, support and feedback.
ALCA fully supports the research activities of IBCLC's around Australia and is keen to highlight this work by establishing and maintaining a central point where researchers can:
- Notify other IBCLC's of their own research
- Call for information, ideas, feedback
- Ask for support
- Inform all IBCLC's of current research activities nationally
The success of this section of the website and hence its usefulness to you as practitioners will rely on researcher participation. If you are currently looking to do some research, are currently working on a research project or you know of breastfeeding research that would benefit from this acknowledgement - please contact the National Office by phone or email.
